We weren't seriously planning to buy when we met Cindy. We were renting, saw an open house in our neighborhood, and wandered in with our kids. That chance visit turned into one of the best decisions we've made. Cindy is warm, genuinely knowledgeable, and knows the area inside and out. After a few showings and some feedback from us, she understood exactly what we were looking for and where to find it. When we were ready to settle on a house that wasn't quite right, she encouraged us to wait. She was right. Soon after, we found our dream home. After our offer was accepted, we left the country for a month and ran into financing problems. Cindy was on the ground for us the entire time and connected us with a new financing option that got the deal done. She did everything possible to make sure we got this house. Two months in, we still say "I can't believe this is our house" every day. Cindy still checks in, recommends great people to work with, and even bought us a dehumidifier out of her own pocket when we found a mold issue in the basement. We've already referred a family member, who loves her too. Professional, knowledgeable, and a truly good person. Cindy went far above and beyond, and we couldn't recommend her more highly.

I had an amazing experience with Cindy Sharon at Keller Williams while buying my townhouse in Smyrna, GA. This was my first experience in the townhouse market and Cindy helped me through this process greatly. She was very knowledgeable about the townhouse market regarding HOA fees, covenants, location and the different builders. Cindy took the time to tour every townhouse available helping me determine my must haves versus my wants. She was extremely responsive and handled all the details including standing in for me at my initial new build walk through when I was out of town.
